How to Purchase a Monthly International Plan with Holafly Plans?
Purchasing your Holafly Plans monthly subscription is quick and easy. Choose from various payment methods, including credit and debit cards. To ensure uninterrupted service, we recommend using a card with automatic billing. Follow these simple steps to get started:

Receive SMS While Traveling with Your European Number
Holafly Plans subscription plans now include a European phone number at no extra cost. Even though the number has a European prefix (like +43), it works worldwide, so you can receive SMS no matter where you are. This feature is especially useful when you’re traveling and need to:
- Receive one-time passwords (OTPs) from your bank.
- Complete two-factor authentication (2FA) logins.

You’ll find your number right after installing your eSIM. It will appear under your Holafly eSIM in the mobile data section of your phone’s settings.

- Annual subscriptions have a 12-month commitment. At this time, refunds are not available for these plans.

- To upgrade your international monthly plan, cancel your current plan and purchase a new international data plan. The new cycle starts immediately.
To cancel your international monthly plan:
- Visit Holafly Plans → Tap on the Menu icon (three lines) → Select Login → Enter your purchase email to Get one-time login link and access your account → Scroll all the way down, you’ll see the plan information menu.
- Tap the Cancel Subscription option and confirm your selection, tapping again on Cancel Subscription → A list of options will appear → Select the reason for your cancellation → Tap Confirm to complete the process.
