How many times can I use my eSIM card?
Your eSIM can only be activated on one device. If you delete the eSIM from your device, you will not be able to reuse it. You cannot scan the QR code on two devices.
Do I have to activate data roaming and voice calls on my device?
Yes, to get the best coverage with your Holafly eSIM, you must activate data roaming in your device settings. Don’t worry; this will not generate additional charges from your operator if you have successfully configured your Holafly eSIM.
Also, make sure that your Holafly line is selected as your default voice line so that you can make calls without any problems. You can set this up in your phone’s voice or call settings.
How can I delete the Holafly eSIM once I’ve used my data?

What do I do if I delete or lose my eSIM’s QR code?

Can I use my (physical) SIM card and Holafly eSIM at the same time?
Sure! You can keep your physical SIM card with your Holafly eSIM simultaneously on your device. Just make sure you choose your eSIM as your default voice line and preferred option for mobile data in your device settings.
Please note that if you leave your physical SIM card activated, you might get extra roaming fees from your network provider.
What happens if I use up my data, my minutes or my days of validity?
If you use up all the minutes before your eSIM expires, you can continue using the remaining data until its expiration date. However, please note that once the days of your eSIM plan have expired, the remaining (unused) data and minutes will be lost, and the eSIM will stop working.
To avoid interruptions in your service, we recommend that you keep track of your eSIM usage or extend its validity (top-up) before your current eSIM expires.
How do I get a refund?
