Yes, Videotron supports eSIM for its mobile plans. Most plans are available as both eSIM and physical SIM, allowing you to choose the option that suits you best. If you already have a physical SIM from Videotron, you can change it to an eSIM instead.

Videotron eSIM-compatible devices
Before getting a Videotron eSIM, check if your device is eSIM compatible. Videotron supports eSIM on iPhones from XS onward, including iPhone SE (2nd and 3rd gen) and all iPhone 11 series and later.
Other eSIM-compatible devices include Samsung S21 series, Z Flip3 5G, Z Fold3 5G; Google Pixel 4 and newer; Motorola moto g (2024), razr+ (2024), moto g stylus 5G (2023); cellular iPads; smartwatches; and select Microsoft Surface, Lenovo, and HP laptops.

How to get a Videotron eSIM
You can get a Videotron eSIM by visiting a Videotron store, calling customer service, or ordering online on the Videotron website.
If you’re ordering online, you can select eSIM when filling out the form. Afterwards, a representative will contact you as soon as possible to finalize the order with you over the phone. If you were unable to select eSIM when you filled out the form, you can bring it up with the representative.
Keep in mind that the representative will contact you only during business hours. Videotron’s customer service is from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and from Saturday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
How to install a Videotron eSIM according to the type of device
Activating a Videotron eSIM is simple. After receiving your Videotron eSIM QR code (by email or on a printed card), follow the steps below based on your device type. Make sure your phone is connected to the internet before you begin.
Videotron eSIM activation on iPhone:
- Open Settings > Cellular.
- Tap Set Up Cellular > Use a QR Code.
- Tap Scan QR Code and scan your Videotron eSIM QR code.
- Tap Continue when you see Activate eSIM.
- Tap OK to finish.
- If using Dual SIM, choose line labels, default line, iMessage/FaceTime line, and default data line.
Videotron eSIM activation on Android (Samsung):
- Open Settings > Connections.
- Tap SIM manager > Add eSIM > Scan QR code.
- Scan your Videotron eSIM QR code.
- Tap Add when prompted.
- Wait for the eSIM to appear under SIM manager.
- For Dual SIM, rename SIMs and choose your default line.
Videotron eSIM activation on Google Pixel:
- Open Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs.
- Tap Set up an eSIM.
- Select Videotron when prompted.
- Scan your QR code.
- Tap Set up, then Settings, and turn on Use this SIM card.
- If using Dual SIM, rename lines and choose your primary SIM for calls, texts, and data.

- Open Settings > Network & Internet.
- Tap SIMs & mobile network > Download new SIM > Set up an eSIM.
- Scan your QR code.
- Tap Set up, then Done once the eSIM is ready.
