Once your eSIM is installed and active, you can manage everything from your Holafly Plans dashboard on our website. It’s your personal control center—simple, intuitive, and always available. There, you can check your data usage in real time, upgrade or switch to another plan whenever you need, see your next billing date, and cancel your subscription if you no longer want to continue. If you’re on a limited data plan, you’ll also get alerts when you’re close to using it up. If your plan doesn’t activate or renew properly, try this first:

  • Confirm your phone supports eSIM and is unlocked.
  • Make sure Mobile Data and Data Roaming are enabled.
  • Restart your phone after installation.
  • If your payment method failed, update it if needed.
  • If the QR code doesn't work on your iOS or Android device, rescan the QR code or reinstall it manually.

  • Log in to your Holafly Plans account (see the Login & Access Guide above for detailed steps and images) Once you’re in your account, scroll to find your current plan in the list Tap on Payment information Select Change payment information An email will be sent to the address associated with your subscription Open that email and tap the red Update payment information button to be redirected to your stored payment methods Then, for extra security, you'll need to enter your email and tap Continue to receive a code that unlocks your subscription wallet.

  • Go again to your inbox Open the email with the code Copy and paste the code you received on the Enter code space Tap Submit Once the verification process is completed, and you have access to the panel, the system will automatically open the payment details Tap the X in the top-right corner to close the preview Scroll down until you see the cards you’ve stored Choose the card linked to the subscription plan you want to update (you can identify it by the plan name and renewal date) Tap Edit Add your new card or PayPal account information Save your changes before your renewal date.
