Yes, some MobiMatter eSIMs support top-up, but not all of them do. In fact, only six telecom operators on MobiMatter have top-up offers — Sparks, Three, eSIMGo, Ubigi, Airalo, and NextLink.

How to top up a MobiMatter eSIM

After making sure that your plan supports top-ups, here are two ways you can finalize the MobiMatter top-up process:

• Open the MobiMatter app.
• Go to your profile and tap on My eSIMs.
• Select the eSIM you want to top up.
• Tap the TopUp eSIM button.
• Choose a package from the same operator and proceed to payment.

Using the MobiMatter website:

• Go to Mobimatter’s top up page.
• Select a top-up package from the same provider and for the same country or region as your current eSIM.
• Enter the order number of the eSIM you want to top up during checkout.

Once you complete your purchase, your MobiMatter top-up is applied automatically — no activation steps are needed. Just keep using your eSIM as usual. A top-up package comes with its own validity period, starting when you begin using it in an eligible country. It won’t replace or extend your original plan. Both will remain active separately. If your provider doesn’t support top-ups or you want a package from a different provider, you’ll need to buy a new eSIM.
