How to get a Rogers eSIM
How you get a Rogers eSIM depends on whether you’re a new or existing Rogers customer.
New Rogers users
If you’re bringing your own phone, sign up for a Rogers plan online or in a Rogers store and choose eSIM during checkout. Just make sure your phone supports eSIM.
If you’re buying an eSIM-compatible phone directly from Rogers, your Rogers eSIM is already set up. Simply turn on the device and follow the setup steps to connect.
Current Rogers users
If you already have a Rogers plan, you can switch to eSIM by contacting Rogers support or visiting a Rogers store, as long as your device supports eSIM.
Rogers will provide an eSIM voucher with a QR code. If you request it through support, the voucher will be mailed to you. If you visit a Rogers store, you’ll receive a printed copy on the spot.
If you don’t have an eSIM-compatible device, you can visit a Rogers store to upgrade your device and get a copy of your eSIM voucher.
How to install a Rogers eSIM according to the type of device
Follow the steps below to activate your Rogers eSIM on different devices. These steps apply to new eSIM setup and Rogers eSIM transfer.

- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap Cellular.
- Select Add eSIM.
- Scan the Rogers eSIM QR code on your voucher.
- If needed, enter the voucher number manually.

- Go to Settings.
- Tap Connections.
- Select SIM card manager.
- Tap Add eSIM.
