Monthly plans renew automatically every 30 days with no commitment or cancellation fees, giving you full control over your subscription. Meanwhile, annual plans offer a lower long-term rate with a 12-month commitment for travelers who stay abroad year-round. Extra Features
- As an extra benefit, Always On gives you 1 GB of free data each month after cancellation, activating automatically at the end of your billing cycle to keep you connected.
- The upcoming All In Plan, currently in development, will allow you to stay connected during flights and train rides by using nearby terrestrial networks instead of airplane Wi-Fi or satellites, offering seamless data access even while in transit.
Before You Start
- Make sure your device supports eSIM technology and is carrier-unlocked before installation.
- Use a stable Wi-Fi connection to install your eSIM and ensure proper data functionality.
- Your billing cycle starts on the purchase date and renews automatically every 31 days.
- To optimize your plan, install your eSIM right after purchase, ideally close to your intended travel date.
Where You Can Use Your Holafly eSIM Data Subscription?
Your Holafly eSIM data subscription keeps you connected in over 170 destinations worldwide, covering top travel spots like the United States, Spain, Mexico, Italy, Thailand, and Australia. Whether you’re traveling for work or leisure, you’ll enjoy reliable, high-speed data across multiple regions without switching eSIMs or worrying about roaming fees.
To check the destinations included in your Holafly Plans:
- Go to Holafly Plans → Scroll down and select Check countries → Tap Select an option → Type and choose your desired country. If it appears in the list, your destination is covered by our Holafly Plans.
Plan Terms and Policies:
- Monthly plans can be canceled anytime with no fees or long-term commitments. Annual plans include a 12-month commitment, and refunds are only available within the first 14 days of the initial billing cycle if there’s a connection issue.
- If your payment method fails, the system will retry up to three times. After five days of non-payment, your eSIM will be suspended, and after 31 days, it will be canceled.
- Refunds are only eligible within 14 days of purchase. Beyond that period, only verified technical or connection failures may result in a voucher for unused days.
- If you have a limited subscription like the Light Plan, top-ups aren’t available, but you can upgrade to an Unlimited Plan at any time.
- Unlimited data plans are subject to a fair use policy, which may temporarily reduce speed in cases of unusually high usage to maintain network quality for all users.
- After canceling your monthly or annual plan, reactivation isn’t available yet, so you’ll need to purchase a new subscription and receive a new eSIM. This feature will be available soon.
- Once your plan is canceled, Always On will automatically activate at the end of your billing cycle, giving you 1 GB of free data in 76 destinations to help you stay connected.
- Pausing or freezing your subscription isn’t currently supported.
Troubleshooting Tips:
- If you experience installation errors on iOS or Android, install your eSIM manually using the activation codes sent in your subscription confirmation email.
- If your eSIM is active, but you can’t access data, make sure Mobile Data and Data Roaming are both enabled, then restart your device to refresh the network connection on you iOS or Android device. Also, check that your Holafly eSIM is selected as the active line for data usage.
- If your plan was unexpectedly suspended, it may be due to a payment failure. Check if your card has expired or has insufficient funds. You can update your payment method at any time under “Account Details” in your user account.
- If you run out of data on your limited plan (like the Light Plan), you can upgrade to an Unlimited Plan at any time to continue using your service without interruptions.
- To upgrade, cancel your current subscription and purchase a new plan.
