Different plans are sometimes available for certain destinations. For example, 7-day plans with 4 GB are available in Tunisia, and 30-day plans with 5 GB are available in Austria.

You must make sure that your destination is covered before purchasing your eSIM. Once purchased, it can be challenging to get a refund.

Refund policy

Generally, UPeSIM only refunds prepaid eSIM data plans if the service doesn’t work after you’ve placed your order.

You are not entitled to a refund for any of the following reasons:

Your device does not support eSIMs.
Your device is carrier-locked.
You’ve accidentally deleted your eSIM.
Unused or inactivated eSIMs.
