Refund policy
Generally, UPeSIM only refunds prepaid eSIM data plans if the service doesn’t work after you’ve placed your order.
You are not entitled to a refund for any of the following reasons:
- Your device does not support eSIMs.
- Your device is carrier-locked.
- You’ve accidentally deleted your eSIM.
- Unused or inactivated eSIMs.
Make sure your device supports eSIMs before purchasing one from UPeSIM. Also, check whether your device is carrier-locked. If it is, find out how to get your phone unlocked.
If you have any doubts or questions, you can contact UPeSIM before purchasing your eSIM data plan.
Customer support
UPeSIM’s customer support is available 24/7, and there are two primary ways to get in touch:
- Contact form via the website or app
- Live chat via the app
As of right now, the live chat function is only available on the app. There’s also an extensive FAQ section on the website that covers the most popular questions and issues.
Is UPeSIM worth it?
UPeSIM offers affordable eSIM data plans in over 200 destinations, and most users enjoy a hassle-free experience. The purchase and activation process is made simple by an intuitive app. Plus, UPeSIM’s customer support is prompt and available around the clock.
Having said that, UPeSIM doesn’t currently offer unlimited data plans or global plans. You can only get up to 20 GB of data for a maximum of 30 days, which may not be enough if you’re a heavy-data user. On top of that, the UPeSIM refund policy is fairly strict, so make sure you’ll be able to use their eSIMs before purchase.
