VOXI international roaming plans and options
VOXI offers roaming passes to use your phone abroad. Passes vary depending on where you’re traveling.
Traveling to Zone A (inclusive roaming)
If you’re traveling to any Zone A destination, you won’t need a roaming pass. You can use your inclusive data allowance and unlimited calls, texts, and MMS.
Note: Data allowances are capped at 20 GB; if you have more than 20 GB of data allowance, you’ll only be able to use up to 20 GB. If you have less than 20 GB of data allowance, that will be your limit.
Traveling to Zone B (European Roaming Pass)
If you’re traveling to a European destination, you’ll have to purchase a European roaming pass. This pass allows you to use unlimited texts and minutes, and your plan’s inclusive data (20 GB data cap applies).
Your pass counts down from the date you buy it, and not when it’s first used. Buy your pass as close to your travel date as possible, or, even better, purchase it once you arrive at your destination.
- 1-day European Roaming Pass: £2.60
- 2-day European Roaming Pass: £4.80
- 8-day European Roaming Pass: £14
- 15-day European Roaming Pass: £20
Important to know:
- If you need more than one pass, wait until your current one expires.
- If you don’t buy a pass at all, you won’t be able to use any allowances, but you can still receive calls or texts.
- If you need additional data, you can add a 1 GB data add-on for £3.
Traveling to the rest of the world (Global Roaming Pass)
If you’re traveling to a destination outside Zones A and B, you’ll need a Global Roaming Pass. There are two options:
- 8-day Global Roaming Extra: 100 minutes, 100 texts, and 2 GB data for £16
- 15-day Global Roaming Extra: 200 minutes, 200 texts, and 4 GB data for £26.60
Similar to the European Roaming Pass, your pass will begin the day you buy it, so purchase as close to your travel date as possible.
VOXI roaming charges (pay-as-you-go)
If you’re traveling to a destination outside of Zone A, B, and Global Roaming Pass destinations, you’ll have to pay standard roaming charges or pay-as-you-go rates. Pricing varies based on where you’re calling or texting from.
