Don’t waste your time. After 3 contacts while still in the US to get specific installation instructions, I got what they said were specific. It took 3 contacts to get those instructions and was told I would have to wait until I got to Austria to activate with those instructions. Followed the instructions to the letter and guess what, it doesn’t work. Sent an email 3 times to get help but have gotten no response. I deleted the app but when I try to delete the eSIM I get a warning message from the phone that I’ll have to contact Verizon to get the phone reset. A royal pain to say the least. I won’t ever try this company again. Lost $20 and can’t use my phone for anything but a camera.
Purchased eSim and they charged the plan on the old sim. Then had to wait for 24 hours to have it changed. Then eSim stopped working after 1day, they kept sending the same instructions again and again and told me it was escalated and they are keeping eye on it. NO! I want to have it fixed straight away! NEED THE INTERNET to navigate! […]When you are overseas you do need the INTERNET! I had no internet nor 2days and wasted time communicating with them. Flexiroam ruined my trip. I needed the working eSim! I will NEVER purchase eSim from Flexiroam

You can download the FlexiRoam app from Google Play or the Apple Store. The installation is pretty easy. However, once you download the app, you have to sign up immediately before using it. You can sign up using the email address and password combination or via Google.
After you add these details, you’ll be prompted to verify your email. Once you verify your email, FlexiRoam X will ask you to log in, and then you’ll have your profile all set up.
You can use FlexiRoam app to check the coverage, wallet, and your account. You can also use it to buy new digital SIM cards, and manage your existing ones.

However, activating the data pack was not so easy.
I had problem getting the referral data. Contacted the support team and they responded very fast and resolved the matter. Very helpful and answered all my question. Thank you.
I’ve used their plan twice (once in the Philippines and once in the Netherlands) the Philippines was an easy time and I figured it out right away. the Netherlands was a little weird and I was having phone issues. BUT staff were super friendly I reached out to them and they responded right away with really thorough and clear instructions.

While the support is great and saves the day, some users seem to think that their investment has been a waste of money because their FlexiRoam data plans just don’t work. It seems like the coverage is spotty worldwide, even though they offer global data plans.
The plan was overpriced and unreliable. I brought this for my trip to Mexico deciding to try out an eSIM over a physical local SIM. I found that despite having full signal and mobile data on I actually couldn’t access any data without the roaming.
Terrible experience with this app.be careful!! I used this a few months before and it took a lot of time to make it work. This time, I paid for 3GB ahead of my trip as data to use on my 5 day vacation. Got there, surprised it didn’t work. Contacted them, they kept escalating to some “technical team” that never contacted me
The global plans are very strange and expensive too compared to other apps who support the same service!
