How to top up an aloSIM eSIM: Step-by-step

Here’s how to top up an aloSIM eSIM in the aloSIM app:
- Log in to the app and go to My eSIMs
- Tap on the aloSIM package you’d like to top up
- You’ll be shown the available data and any expired packages
- Tap Top up eSIM at the bottom of the screen
- Select the plan you want to add from the selection shown
- Follow the prompts to pay for your new aloSIM top-up
If you want to use the data immediately, you can activate the new top-up without needing to go through the installation process again.
If you already have a live aloSIM package running on your phone, you don’t need to activate the new one — it’ll automatically start to work once your existing package runs out of days or data.

The costs of topping up an aloSIM eSIM are the same as buying a new package.
