Xfinity eSIM-compatible phones
Most eSIM-compatible phones work with the eSIM Xfinity. However, if you’re switching from another carrier, you’ll need to double-check compatibility.
To do this, you’ll need to enter your phone’s IMEI number on the “Phone Compatibility Checker” site.
How to get a Xfinity Mobile eSIM
Xfinity Mobile offers two ways to purchase an eSIM plan: online or in-store.

Note: On other Android devices, names may differ slightly from Samsung’s, but the process remains similar.
How to transfer
You can transfer an Xfinity eSIM to Android and iOS devices. Here’s how you do it on each:
- Transferring eSIM on Android:
- Turn on both devices.
- Open “Settings” using your new phone.
- Tap “Network & Internet.”
- Go to “SIM Manager.”
- Select the “Transfer SIM from another phone” option.
- Scan the QR code on your new phone using your old device.
- Keep both devices close until “Transfer to the new phone” shows up.
- Wait for the transfer to be completed.
- Transferring eSIM on iPhone:
- Turn on both devices.
- Go to “Settings” on your new iPhone.
- Tap “Cellular,” then “Set up cellular.”
- Select the phone number to transfer, then tap “Continue.”
- Tap “Transfer Number” on the pop-up message.
- Using your old device, tap the “Confirm transfer” button.
- Wait for the transfer to be completed.
