How to activate Straight Talk international data
Before traveling, Straight Talk users have to visit the “7-Day International Roaming” site to purchase the add-on no matter if they use a Straight Talk eSIM or SIM card.
Once done, roaming must be activated manually on each phone by doing the following:
- Activating roaming on Android: Open “Settings,” go to “Mobile Data,” and activate the “Data Roaming” option.
- Activate roaming on iOS: Go to “Settings,” then to“Cellular Data,” and open “Data Options” to turn on “Data Roaming.”
