Before You Cancel
- When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellation only stops the next automatic renewal, so you won’t be charged again. You can continue using your eSIM and data normally until that date.
- To avoid unwanted charges, make sure to cancel at least 7 days before your renewal date, since once renewed, subscriptions aren’t eligible for refunds due to change of mind or early termination.
- If you think you’ll subscribe again later, keep your Holafly eSIM installed. This way, you’ll have a free backup connection (Always ON) that helps you activate a new subscription even if you’re offline.
After You Cancel
- When your billing cycle ends, your subscription officially expires.
- You’ll lose access to unlimited or high-speed data, and the plan will no longer renew automatically.
- Starting November 4, 2025 (CET), travelers with subscriptions activated from that date will automatically receive 1 GB of free data per month through Holafly Always On, a small data buffer to stay connected for essentials like maps, messages, and email while planning your next trip. If you purchased your plan before that date, this benefit does not apply.

- Go to the Holafly App → Log in to the account linked to your subscription → Tap the “My eSIMs” section → Then tap “Go to Subscription” → Enter the email you used for the purchase to Get one-time login link → Open the email and tap the button to access your Manage Account page → Scroll all the way down, you’ll see the plan information menu → Tap the Cancel Subscription option and confirm your selection, tapping again on Cancel Subscription → A list of options will appear → Select the reason for your cancellation → Tap Confirm to complete the process.

- Your eSIM was already activated and used.
- The request comes after your billing cycle has already started. This means the system has already charged you for the new period, and your subscription is currently active.

Note: Our Support team will review your refund request to ensure it complies with Holafly’s refund policy for subscription plans. For example, if your request falls outside the 14-day purchase window, but you experienced a service failure on your iPhone or Android device, you may receive a coupon to use toward a future purchase. This coupon applies only to verified service or connection issues, not for changes of mind or voluntary cancellations.
