Postpaid users
To activate your $5 roaming, follow these steps:
- Make sure you are eligible to use the plan. Log in to the My Vodafone app and check whether your plan supports $5 Roaming.
- Enable “International Roaming”.
- Once you land in Vietnam, turn on Data Roaming in your phone settings.
Note: As soon as you make or receive a call, send a text, or use mobile data in Vietnam, the $5 roaming fee will be charged on your bill.
Prepaid users
To purchase an international roaming add-on, you should follow these steps:
- Log in to the My Vodafone app.
- Go to Extras/ Add-ons and choose a roaming pack.
