Yes, Gen Mobile offers international roaming, but the service is limited outside Mexico and Canada, as data, text, and calls are included only in those two countries.

Gen Mobile roaming countries
Currently, the only roaming countries are Mexico and Canada, and Gen Mobile offers calls, texts, and data.
For the rest of the world, Gen Mobile doesn’t support international roaming, but people can use international calling from the US to any of the supported destinations if needed. You can check the Gen Mobile International Calling site to check service availability.
Gen Mobile international roaming plans
For Mexico and Canada, Gen Mobile users get free roaming with 2 GB of mobile data, 250 minutes, and 250 texts on eligible plans at no extra cost.
For the rest of the world, there aren’t roaming plans, but international calling and texting are available while in the US.
How to activate Gen Mobile roaming

- Activating roaming on Android: Open “Settings,” go to “Mobile Data,” and activate the “Data Roaming” option.
