How does Holafly Plans work?
Holafly Plans works like any mobile data plan—except there’s no need to swap out your physical SIM card. Instead, you activate an eSIM directly on your device without changing a thing.
Wondering how to set up your plan? Download the Holafly App and follow the guided steps to install your eSIM. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes.

When should you set it up? It’s so easy and quick, you can do it right before takeoff. That way, you’ll be connected the moment you switch off airplane mode.
How to set up my Holafly Plan?
Easy peasy! Once you purchase a plan, you’ll receive a message with everything you need to get started:
- Download the Holafly app
- Long in using the same email address you used at checkout
- In the app, go to Menu > My eSIMs > Install and Activate.
By default, the app will use automatic installation mode, which we highly recommend—it’s faster and more straightforward. Just click Install and Activate, and follow the prompts.
You’ll be taken to your phone settings at one point—simply click Continue, and the eSIM will install in seconds. Once the installation is complete, you’ll be able to choose which SIM to use for calls, texts, and data:
- Physical SIM for calls and texts
- Holafly eSIM for mobile data
And that’s it. You’re ready to go!
