What are Vodafone business plans?

Vodafone Business provides connectivity solutions for organisations of all sizes, including 5G mobile plans, business broadband, fixed voice and data services, and IoT connectivity. It operates mobile networks in 15 countries and extends coverage via partner networks in 46 additional countries.

How do Vodafone business plans work?

Companies typically engage a Vodafone Business representative or use the Vodafone Business Marketplace to select a plan. eSIM profiles are issued as unique QR codes sent directly to employees’ email addresses, eliminating the need for physical SIMs. Employees install the profile and complete activation on their device.

Account management is handled via Vodafone Corporate Online (VCO), a self-service portal enabling administrators to track billing and usage, suspend or block users, order new devices, manage SIM profiles, place bulk SIM orders, and control account settings.

Can my company use Vodafone business plans?

Vodafone business plans serve organisations of all sizes, from small businesses with 1–9 employees through to large multinational enterprises. Plans are structured by company size and connectivity need, with dedicated small business options as well as enterprise-grade solutions including private 5G networks, IoT management, and global roaming.

Vodafone business plans review: A breakdown of key features

The sections below outline Vodafone business plan tiers, pricing, network coverage, features, customer service, and cancellation terms.

1. eSIM plans

Vodafone Business structures its plans by company size, use profile, and connectivity needs, with distinct tiers for small businesses and medium to large enterprises.

Small business plans

Business Evolve allows organisations to choose between individual data bundles or shared data pools across the business, making it flexible for teams with mixed usage needs.

Business Vodafone SIM Only offers 12-, 24-, or 36-month SIM-only contracts with 5G and data options ranging from lower allowances through to unlimited data.

Vodafone Basics provides capped plans with unlimited UK minutes and texts, designed to restrict international and premium calling and reduce overage risk. Best suited for cost-conscious small businesses.

Business Integrated is designed for mobile-first workers, with 5G Ultra access and inclusive roaming in up to 81 destinations. Best suited for employees who travel frequently and require seamless international connectivity.

Medium and large enterprise plans

Vodafone Red for Global Enterprise is a 5G solution for international teams featuring self-optimising data allowances based on usage, suited to large organisations with a global footprint.

Enterprise Bundles provide shared voice and data allowances across the organisation with built-in roaming and security options, suited to medium and large businesses managing multiple connections centrally.

Shared Data Plans are bespoke pooled data plans ranging from 25GB up to 5TB across connections, designed for organisations that want a single shared allowance rather than per-user allocations.

Specialised connectivity and additional solutions

Vodafone Business also offers Business Broadband via Business Fibre and GigaCube (5G or 4G router) for fixed office connectivity, data-only SIMs for tablets and secondary hardware, and IoT connectivity for managing smart devices.

Roaming add-ons are available in 51 European destinations or 83+ worldwide destinations, depending on plan tier, alongside add-ons for international calling and security services such as Secure Net.

Beyond mobile plans, Vodafone Business provides partner and reseller programmes with tiered status levels, white-label capabilities for resellers, custom enterprise solutions including managed hosting and private 5G networks, API access via the Vodafone Developer Marketplace, V-Hub (a free digital advisory service for SMEs), and the Business Marketplace for managing SaaS applications.

2. Pricing

Vodafone business plans range from low-cost SIM-only tariffs to enterprise solutions requiring bespoke quotes, with smaller business plans generally starting around £10–£13.50 per month (ex. VAT). Final pricing depends on contract length, data allowance, number of connections, roaming requirements, and whether the plan uses individual or pooled allowances.

Business Evolve starts at £13.50/month for a 36-month voice-only plan, rising to £14.50/month for voice and 2GB data, and up to £35/month for unlimited data on a 36-month term. A 12-month SIM-only option with 50GB is available at £14/month.

Vodafone Business SIM Only plans include the 120GB Red Plan at £16.66/month, the 200GB Xtra Plan at £29.16/month (with EU roaming included), Unlimited Plus Xtra at £20.83/month, and Unlimited Max Xtra (Global) at £39.17/month with roaming across 83 destinations.

Vodafone Basics SIM-only plans start from £7/month for 11GB, with options for 35GB at £8/month, 60GB at £9/month, and 100GB at £12/month. Shared Data Plans begin from £17.50/month.

Business Integrated, Vodafone Red for Global Enterprise, and Enterprise Bundles all require a custom quote, with pricing determined by fleet size, global footprint, and usage profile. For current rates, contact Vodafone Business directly or request a quote through a Vodafone Business representative.

Note: Businesses should confirm current rates directly with Vodafone Business before committing.

3. Network coverage and quality

Vodafone Business operates mobile networks in 15 countries and extends coverage via partner networks in 46 additional countries. Business mobile plans support 4G (average speeds: 23–35 Mbps), LTE, and 5G (average speeds: 150–200 Mbps), with speeds and latency varying by location, device, and network conditions.

International roaming is available in 51 European destinations on standard plans and up to 83+ worldwide destinations on selected Xtra and enterprise plans. Network coverage can be verified using Vodafone’s online coverage checker.

6. Refund and cancellation policy

Vodafone Business refund terms are governed by a 14-day Change of Mind policy and statutory rights relating to faulty goods, with specific conditions based on purchase method and contract type.

Eligibility and time limits: The Change of Mind policy applies to products or services purchased online or over the phone. Customers must notify Vodafone within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, service, or welcome letter, and equipment must be returned within a further 14 days using the pre-paid return envelope.

Faulty goods are eligible for a full refund if reported within 30 days of receipt. A network satisfaction policy also applies to small business customers with up to nine connections who are dissatisfied with network performance.

Documentation and process: Devices must be returned in their original condition with all included accessories. Contact Vodafone Business to submit a Change of Mind request. Refunds are generally processed within 14 days after inspection of the returned device.

Exceptions and limitations: Monthly bundle charges and out-of-bundle usage incurred before cancellation are not refundable. Digital items and unsealed software are generally excluded from return. Cancelling after the 14-day window may trigger an Early Termination Fee based on the remaining contract term.
