Three Business is a mobile telecommunications service offered by Three UK, providing corporate connectivity solutions to organisations of all sizes.

This article covers Three Business plans, pricing, network coverage, features, customer support, cancellation terms, and how it compares with alternative options.

We also compare it with Holafly for Business, a business eSIM provider for companies with employees who travel internationally.

What is Three Business?

Three Business is the B2B division of Three UK, supplying mobile connectivity to companies of all sizes. Since expanding its business strategy in 2020 and 2021, it has grown steadily, reaching one million business customers by April 2025 and strengthening its presence in the UK eSIM market.

How does Three Business work?

Companies select a plan and engage a sales specialist or order through business channels. Three sends activation QR codes by email to be passed directly to employees. Staff installs the eSIM by scanning the QR code and entering a confirmation code, although some newer iPhones can activate automatically during WiFi setup.

Administrators manage accounts through the My3 Business portal, where they can add lines, apply spend caps, and view billing data. Smaller firms operate on a self-service basis via the online portal and app, while larger companies receive dedicated account management and setup support.

Can my company use Three Business?

Three Business serves small businesses, medium-sized firms, enterprises, and public sector organisations. It highlights use cases including remote work, BYOD environments, and IoT management across teams of varying sizes.

Three Business review: A breakdown of key features

The sections below outline Three Business plans, pricing, network coverage, features, customer service, and cancellation terms.

  • Best suited for: Small businesses that require a small number of lines.

Boundless (Multibuy)

  • Features included: Unlimited UK data, minutes, and texts; multibuy discounts reducing per-SIM costs as lines are added; options for inclusive roaming in Go Roam destinations; ability to add SIMs while retaining volume-based pricing.
  • Best suited for: Growing teams of up to 50 that require unlimited data and scalable pricing.

Adapt

  • Features included: Premium roaming without daily charges for Go Roam destinations in Europe; executive-level business support; advanced bill analytics.

In addition to corporate plans, Three Business offers partner and reseller programmes, affiliate arrangements, hosted white-label MVNO platforms, the Three Analyst analytics tool for usage monitoring, and enterprise-grade device management services for large fleets.

2. Pricing

Three Business groups are priced by plan tier, data allowance, contract length, and number of connections.

Three Mobile Business SIM Only

Pricing is tiered by data allowance (3GB, 80GB, 500GB, or Unlimited) and contract length (usually 12 or 24 months), with lower monthly rates on longer terms. For current rates, check the official Three Business website.

Boundless (Multibuy)

Pricing follows a tiered volume model for businesses with up to 50 employees. For Unlimited data on a 24-month term:

  • 1 SIM: £20.83/month
  • 2 SIMs: £14.00 per SIM/month
  • 3–9 SIMs: £12.00 per SIM/month
  • 10–19 SIMs: £9.00 per SIM/month

Businesses retain discounted pricing as they add more SIMs over time.

Adapt

Designed for teams of 50+ users, Adapt operates on customised pricing shaped by fleet size, support package, and contract term. Costs are calculated for the overall plan, rise by 4.5% annually in April, and commonly include waived Go Roam in Europe daily charges and enhanced usage reporting. A custom quote is required.

Note: Prices may vary by deployment size, roaming selections, or extra services. Visit the Three Business site or request a quote for current pricing.

3. Network coverage and quality

Three Business provides UK network access and international roaming via its Go Roam programme, covering 163+ destinations. This includes 49 destinations under Go Roam in Europe, 22 under Go Roam Around the World, and 92 under Go Roam Around the World Extra. Some enterprise plans group roaming into Zones 1–5, including maritime and satellite networks.

In the UK, business SIMs support 5G and 4G connectivity. Average 5G download speeds are around 150 Mbps, with estimated maximums of 597 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload. 4G averages 70 Mbps download and 22 Mbps upload.

Note: Support hours and access levels vary by plan tier and deployment size.

6. Refund and cancellation policy

Three Business refund and cancellation terms are governed by a cooling-off period, fault-based returns, and a final billing process for closed accounts.

Eligibility and time limits: New connections purchased directly from Three Business qualify for a cooling-off period. Business customers have 14 days from the date of order, SIM delivery, or receipt of contract terms (whichever is later) to cancel. Faulty devices must be reported within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a repair, replacement, or full refund; after this period, repair is typically offered instead.

Documentation and process: Proof of purchase (original receipt or delivery note) is required. Returned devices must be in ‘as new’ condition, in original packaging, with all accessories included. ‘Find My iPhone’ and equivalent security features must be disabled before return, or charges up to the full device cost may apply. To cancel or request a refund, contact the Business Care Team on 337 from a Three phone or 0800 033 8033 from another line, or submit the official Cancellation Form to Three Customer Services in Glasgow. Eligible account credit is usually refunded within 14 days after the final bill is issued.

Exceptions and limitations: Upgrades, plan changes, and transfers from consumer to business accounts are excluded from the cooling-off period. In-store device purchases (apart from broadband) are generally final. Usage is billed pro rata up to the cancellation date, and third-party purchases fall under the retailer’s own policy.
