What is Airalo for Business
Airalo for Business lets organizations buy, manage, and distribute prepaid travel eSIMs to employees from one centralized platform. It launched globally in May 2024 as the business-focused arm of Airalo, which reports over 20 million consumer users and positions itself as the world’s first and largest eSIM marketplace.
The business platform is separate from Airalo’s consumer offering. Where the consumer product is aimed at individual travelers purchasing their own eSIM, Airalo for Business gives companies admin-level control over purchasing, distribution, budgets, and usage tracking across their entire team.
How does Airalo for Business work?
Your business applies via the Airalo Partners platform and can complete setup within 24 to 48 hours. From there, here’s how it works:
- Your team chooses between prepaid credits (purchased in advance and deducted as eSIMs are assigned) or monthly invoicing.
- You add employees through email or through SSO/SCIM integration.
- You assign eSIMs directly to employees, or give them the option to purchase under a “Bill to Organization” structure.
- Your employees install and activate their eSIM via the Airalo app before departure, then connect on arrival without needing a physical SIM.
- Your admin team manages usage, budgets, top-ups, billing, and analytics from a centralized dashboard.
Airalo for Business offers 1,000+ eSIM packages across 200+ countries and regions. eSIMs can be deployed via admin control, employee self-service, or QR code, depending on your company’s preference.
Can my company use Airalo for Business?
Airalo for Business serves organizations of all sizes, from small and medium-sized businesses to multinational enterprises with distributed teams.
It’s built for businesses in professional services, sales, finance, travel management, and cross-border expansion – particularly those that need centralized cost control and reporting for frequent international travel.

Additional business solutions
In addition to its corporate eSIM plans, Airalo for Business offers the following partner options:
- Partner integrations – connect Airalo’s platform to your existing business tools via API.
- Reseller platform – purchase and distribute Airalo eSIMs to your own customers.
- Co-branding solution – offer Airalo’s eSIM products under your own brand.
- Affiliate program – earn commission by referring businesses to the Airalo platform.
- Influencer program – a referral option for content creators with relevant audiences.
- Pricing
Airalo for Business doesn’t publish standard pricing. Companies need to request a quote, and the final cost will depend on a range of factors specific to your team’s needs.
Your business can choose between two payment methods: prepaid credits, purchased in advance and deducted as eSIMs are assigned, or postpaid billing, where purchases are consolidated into a single monthly invoice. There are no stated setup or activation fees for platform access.
Pricing may vary based on:
- Data volume requirements
- Bulk purchase discounts
- Contract length or commitment
- Set-up or activation fees
- Regional coverage selections
For accurate figures, request a quote directly through the Airalo Partners platform. Pricing shown in any published materials may not reflect your final rate.
- Network coverage and quality
Airalo for Business eSIMs run on the same networks as Airalo’s consumer plans. That means your team gets access to the same 200+ destination coverage, structured across three package types:
- Local eSIMs – single-destination plans for one country or territory.
- Regional eSIMs – grouped plans covering a set of countries (e.g. Europe, Asia, Africa).
- Global eSIMs – ongoing international travel plans covering multiple regions.
Airalo also offers Discover+, a global plan that includes data, calls, and texts tied to a +1 number, covering 130+ countries.
Airalo partners with local telecommunications providers rather than owning its own infrastructure. Examples include T-Mobile and Verizon in the US, O2 and Three in the UK, and Optus in Australia. Most plans run on 4G/LTE, with 5G available where both the carrier and device support it.
Network provider details and expected speeds are displayed before purchase in the Airalo app and business dashboard. Usage tracking is available through the Partner Platform.
- Customer service and technical support
Airalo for Business provides tiered support for admins and traveling employees, with 24/7 coverage across multiple channels.
Airalo for Business (Standard) support
Employees have access to 24/7 support through in-app live chat, website chat, and general support email (support@airalo.com), with assistance available in 53+ languages.
Business admins receive 24/7 partner support via email (partner.support@airalo.com) for account management and platform questions, as well as access to the Airalo Help Center and onboarding documentation.
Airalo for Enterprise support
Enterprise clients receive all Standard support features plus priority onboarding assistance. Each enterprise account is assigned a dedicated partnership manager who provides setup guidance and support.
- Refund and cancellation policy
Airalo for Business refunds are generally issued when service fails due to a verifiable technical error on Airalo’s part. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase or when the issue first occurred, and Airalo may require supporting evidence, such as screenshots of device settings or confirmation that troubleshooting steps were followed.
Standard customers submit refund requests through the Help Center via in-app chat, website chat, or email. Enterprise customers escalate through their account manager or via the Partner API.
Airalo allows up to 10 days to resolve reported issues before approving a refund, and approved refunds are processed as Airmoney credit or returned to the original payment method within up to 30 business days.
Plans that have been partially used, expired, or cancelled due to device incompatibility are generally not eligible for refunds. In regions with a 14-day statutory withdrawal right, unactivated eSIMs may qualify, though this right typically expires upon activation.
