How Many Times Can I Use My eSIM?
The eSIM includes the ability to reuse it. This means that before you finish using your eSIM, you can easily recharge it through our app or web portal. This way, you can continue enjoying the benefits of your eSIM at the same destination before it expires, without needing to get a new one.
Removing the eSIM can cause permanent damage, but in some cases, you can manually reinstall it if you haven't finished using it. To transfer the eSIM to another phone, simply delete it from the previous device and reinstall it on the new one using manual codes, this is the only way to use the eSIM on two devices. Keep in mind that each eSIM is linked to a specific destination and can only be used on one device at a time, and some have the benefit of sharing data.
Troubleshooting Tip
If you accidentally deleted your eSIM, you can reinstall it using the manual codes we provided. Just follow these steps: Go to Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data > Add eSIM > Use QR code > Enter Details Manually > Enter Activation Code
Note that this option is only available for carriers like CHKM and Drei.
