Can I get a refund from Saily?
Yes, you can get a refund from Saily as long as you meet the company’s refund policy. You can fill out a refund request with the customer support team, and they will come back to you within five working days.
You may be asked to provide certain information, such as the reason for asking for a refund, as well as screenshots of your phone settings to prove that the eSIM was set up correctly.
How to request a refund from Saily
There is no separate refund request form to fill out with Saily, so you’ll simply have to get in touch with the customer support team and explain your reasons for requesting a refund.
Here’s how you can do just that:
- Go to the Saily website.
- Open the Help Center page.
- Open the Submit a request page located on the top right of the Help Center.
- Fill out the form with the details for your refund request.
Alternatively, you can email support@saily.com with the same details or use the chatbot function on the Saily app. The latter requires you to have the app and be logged in. There is no live chat function available on the website.
When am I eligible for a Saily refund?
In general, you’re eligible for a refund under these conditions:
- Your plan hasn’t been activated.
- If you were unable to use the data because of poor service quality.
- If you used less than 1% of your data limit.
- You might be eligible for a partial refund if you encounter issues after using more than 1% of the data limit.
You have 30 days after your purchase to request a refund. After the 30 days are over, you can no longer ask for a refund, even if you meet the other criteria. You also can’t ask for a refund if you’ve already deleted your account or if you violated any of the company’s policies.
Once you make your refund request, Saily will come back to you with a decision within five working days.
Can I get a refund from Saily if my phone isn’t eSIM-compatible?
Yes, since Saily provides refunds for plans that haven’t been activated or used, you will be able to get a refund if you accidentally purchased an eSIM on a phone that’s not eSIM-compatible.
It’s a good idea to check your phone’s compatibility beforehand, though. Some services may not provide a refund in such situations, as evidenced by Airalo’s refund policy.
How do customers review the Saily refund policy?
Being eligible for a refund should automatically mean that you’ll get your money back. However, some user reviews on Trustpilot say otherwise. While the company has a respectable 4.0/5 rating on the platform, there are several recent reviews stating issues with getting a refund.
