What Should I Do If I’ve Deleted or Lost the QR Code for My eSIM?
If you lost your eSIM QR code, you can recover it in three ways: by checking your email, through a WhatsApp message, or by logging into your Holafly account on the app or website.
How to recover your QR code
If you deleted your eSIM by mistake or lost your QR code, there are several methods to get it back by yourself.
- Check your email: if there are no emails in your inbox with your QR code, carefully check the spam or junk mail folder.
- Check your WhatsApp messages: QR codes are sent to the number you registered at the time of your purchase.
- Visit the Holafly app or website: Log in to the Holafly app or website to see if your eSIMs and QR codes are available there.
Once you find your QR code, it will be ready for installation and activation. The process is quick and takes between 3 and 5 minutes. We suggest that you install and activate it upon arrival at your destination on a single device while using your eSIM.
Troubleshooting tips
If you accidentally lose or delete your QR code from your email or WhatsApp, or if you’re having trouble locating your eSIM, you can always log into the app to view your eSIMs.
Go to the Holafly App > My eSIMs > Current and here you will find all the eSIMs you have pending to be used.
