Where can I check the date my Holafly Plan resets?

It’s important to know when your Holafly Plan renews. Since it’s a subscription service, the renewal happens automatically. It takes place exactly one month after the date you made your purchase.

Knowing the exact day your plan renews helps you manage your data usage more efficiently and decide whether you want to switch to a different plan or cancel before it renews. It also lets you know when the charge will be made so you can avoid running out of funds and losing your connection.

How to check the plan reset date

Checking when your Holafly Plan will restart is very simple. Just log in to your Holafly Plans profile, where you can see both your purchase date and your renewal date. Here’s how:

Access your account on the Holafly Plans website 

  • Log in with your email address and the password associated with your account.

Go to the active subscriptions section  

  • In the main menu, look for the “Active subscriptions” option. 
  • You'll see a list of the plans you've signed up for.

Check the renewal date 

  • Each plan shows its status and automatic renewal date.
  • This date corresponds to the same day you made the purchase, but in the following month.

Did you purchase your plan on March 13? Then it will be renewed on April 13 if you don't cancel it before then. This will happen every month.

What happens when the plan restarts?

If you don’t make any changes or cancel before your renewal date, your subscription will stay active and keep running just like the previous month. Here’s what that means for you:

The subscription fee will be charged

Your subscription will be charged automatically to the payment method you’ve set up. As long as the payment goes through on your credit card, debit card, or PayPal, your plan will stay active and you’ll remain connected without interruption.

Available data is restored

For the Light Plan, your allowance resets when the subscription renews. For example, you will get 25 GB to use during the next month. If you are on an unlimited data plan, nothing changes and your service continues as usual.

With Holafly Plans, you do not need to install anything or make any changes on your device. You can travel, use up your data, or reach the end of the month and continue browsing without any interruptions.
