Daniela works as UX Researcher Lead at Holafly, where she heads user research efforts to delve deep into users’ true needs and deliver effective solutions. With extensive experience in design methodologies and management, she brings strong expertise in building user-centric strategies through design management.
Before joining Holafly in March 2023, Daniela served as a UX Researcher at Rappi. She has also held roles as a Service Designer at INDER Medellín and as a Design Engineer at the Fundación Juguemos en el Bosque.
Daniela combines her passion for research with a creative vision to innovate across processes, considering all possible perspectives to ensure Holafly continues to offer practical, seamless, and deeply engaging user experiences worldwide.
