Inside Holafly's first leadership offsite, executives from Product, Engineering, Operations, Brand, Customer Experience and People came together to align priorities, strengthen collaboration and build trust across teams. When I joined Holafly back in 2019, I was really eager to learn. My first role was in Customer Support, helping travelers solve real-time issues during their journeys. Those early days taught me something invaluable: **behind every data plan, there’s a person looking for peace of mind**.
When I started Holafly with Pedro, we weren’t aiming to disrupt an industry. We just wanted to solve a problem that kept getting in the way of our own adventures: staying connected while traveling. What began as a personal frustration has become a global solution - helping over 10 million people connect seamlessly in more than 200 destinations.
When I look back, my journey to becoming CMO of Holafly feels both unlikely and inevitable. I grew up in Málaga, surrounded by the warmth and curiosity that the south of Spain inspires. I’ve always been fascinated by how things work, whether it was technology, communication, or people. That curiosity became the compass that led me here.
When I think about why Holafly exists, I always come back to one thing: a mix of frustration and curiosity that turned into purpose.
