What is Holafly Travel Club (HTC)?
Holafly Travel Club (HTC) is our rewards program designed to honor the loyalty of travelers who’ve relied on Holafly’s eSIM to access the internet on international trips—without paying roaming fees.
With this program, you can earn HolaCoins—points you can later redeem for special discounts on future purchases in our online store. You can also view your accumulated HolaCoins directly on the Holafly app.
How does Holafly Travel Club work?
From now on, every time you purchase a Holafly eSIM for any of our destinations, you’ll earn a percentage of the total amount paid as cashback in HolaCoins, depending on your current tier level.
You’ll also be able to enjoy our referral program and redeem HolaCoins by purchasing new eSIMs.
What is Cashback and how to use It
Cashback is the percentage we return to you for each purchase made in our online store. It ranges from 5%, 6%, or 7% of your total purchase.
This cashback appears as HolaCoins, which you can redeem in future purchases of Holafly eSIMs.
How many HolaCoins equal one Euro?
100 HolaCoins = €1 Euro
To redeem your HolaCoins, simply log into our Holafly app using your username and password.
Look for the Holafly Travel Club section and follow these steps:
- Log in to Holafly app
- Find the “Holafly Travel Club” section
- View your accumulated HolaCoins
- Calculate the value of the HolaCoins you want to redeem
- Click on “Redeem HolaCoins”
- Get your discount code
- Use it in your next purchase
To redeem HolaCoins, it’s essential to generate your own discount codes. You can use the calculator tool to convert your HolaCoins into a redeemable discount amount.
Example
After purchasing a 10-day unlimited data eSIM for USA at $36.90 USD, if you’re at the Silver tier, you’ll receive 5% cashback, which equals $1.8 USD in HolaCoins
What is the Tier System?
At Holafly Travel Club, the more you buy and refer, the greater your benefits. To make it simple and transparent, we’ve created a 3-tier system with increasing rewards.
How do tiers work?
Your tier is based on the Level Points (LP) you accumulate. For every HolaCoin you earn, you receive 1 Level Point.
The 3 tiers are:
Tier 1 – Silver: For travelers with up to 350 LP.
Rewards:
- 5% cashback in HolaCoins per purchase
- 500 HolaCoins per referral
Tier 2 – Gold: Starting from 351 LP.
Rewards:
- 6% cashback in HolaCoins per purchase
- 600 HolaCoins per referral
Tier 3 – Platinum: From 1001 LP.
Rewards:
- 7% cashback in HolaCoins per purchase
- 700 HolaCoins per referral
- Priority access to our support team
Redeeming HolaCoins does not affect your tier progression.
What’s the difference between HolaCoins and Level Points?
HolaCoins = Coins you can use for discounts on your future purchases.
Level Points = Points that define your tier and unlock new benefits.
Holafly’s Referral Program
As a Holafly customer, you can also access the Holafly Travel Club referral program. For every new user you refer, you’ll earn 500, 600, or 700 HolaCoins, depending on your current tier.
From your Holafly app account, you can generate unique discount codes for each of your referrals.
To redeem the code, each referred user must follow the same steps you took for your first purchase—visit the Holafly online store, choose a destination, select a data plan, and proceed to checkout.
At checkout, they must enter the discount code you shared. Once the purchase is confirmed, they’ll automatically receive a discount on their order.
In addition, you’ll automatically earn 500, 600, or 700 HolaCoins for every new referred user who completes a purchase in our online store.
Note: After the successful purchase, your HolaCoins will appear in the referral panel. This only applies to users making their first purchase.
