Is Heya still available?
Heya stopped accepting new customers on November 3, 2025, and every existing Heya customer was automatically migrated to Singtel hi! starting December 1, 2025 — same plan benefits, same SIM, no action required beyond downloading the new Singtel hi! app. If you’re still using the Heya app, note that Singtel officially retired it in favour of the Singtel hi! app from that date.
Does Singtel hi! (formerly Heya) offer roaming in China?
Not as Heya — but as Singtel hi!, it depends on your plan. Heya roaming itself never included China in its roaming network; mainland China was never part of its supported destination list.
But since every Heya customer has migrated to Singtel hi! starting December 1, 2025, the answer now depends on your Singtel hi! plan tier.
