Where Can You Find the eSIM QR Code?

If you need to install your eSIM, reinstall it, or transfer it to another device but have deleted the message with the installation code, don’t worry! There are three easy ways to recover it:

• If you deleted or didn’t find the email with your eSIM QR code, check your deleted emails folder and the spam folder.
• Review your WhatsApp messages, as the QR code may have been sent to the number you add in the purchase information.
• Log in to the Holafly Center from the app or website to see if your eSIMs and QR codes are available there.

If you haven’t received your Holafly QR code via email, don’t worry! You can get your eSIM from the Holafly Center just following these steps:

• Navigate to Holalfy.com > Tap on the Menu list icon> Choose Login> Enter your purchase email and the Verification code > Once you’re in your account > Select the option Install and activate of the eSIM you need to view the installation codes> You'll find the QR code and Manual codes there, and you can choose your favorite installation method.
