Keep in mind that roaming is not included in any plan. Instead, you need to purchase a $20 international roaming add-on through the felix mobile app. This add-on gives you access to data, calls, and SMS while overseas.
Without the add-on, you can still receive SMS in countries with network coverage, even outside the listed roaming destinations. However, you cannot use mobile data unless connected to WiFi, and you cannot make or receive calls.
You can still call 112 in an emergency, which connects you to local emergency services.

No, roaming is only available through the felix mobile international roaming add-on. This is a $20 add-on that gives you 4 GB of data, 100 minutes, and 100 SMS valid for 365 days, which you can use in over 40 destinations worldwide.
If you run out of data, you won’t be able to use the internet unless you connect to WiFi. But you can still use any remaining call minutes and SMS from your add-on.
To use data again, you can buy another $20 roaming add-on. Any unused calls, texts, or data from your current add-on will roll over to the new one with a refreshed expiry.
If you have an active felix mobile subscription and a valid roaming add-on, you can receive voicemail and access voicemail overseas by dialing +61 414 121 121. Set up your voicemail in Australia first by calling 121, as setup isn’t available while roaming.
