A U.S. Travel Pass covers a set number of days at a fixed price, with the same allowances as Roam Better: unlimited talk and text within the U.S. and to Canada, plus the data from your Canadian plan. The pass starts as soon as you add it and expires at 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day.
- 3 days: $30
- 14 days: $60
- 30 days: $80
Add a pass in MyBell or text US3, US14, or US30 to 4400. While a pass is active, you won’t be charged the Roam Better daily fee.
Pay-per-use plan
If you do not add Roam Better, you will be charged pay-per-use rates when traveling in the United States. These costs are often the highest Bell roaming charges in the USA and can add up very quickly, especially if you use data or make longer calls while abroad.
Pay-per-use rates:
- Calls: $1.99 per minute
- Data: $6.00 per MB
- Texts: $0.99 per sent text
- Data: not available. Bell ended pay-per-use data roaming on May 1, 2026, so without Roam Better or a Travel Pass you won’t have mobile data in the U.S.
