Is the Trump Mobile T1 made in the USA?

To answer the question: No, Trump Mobile T1 isn’t made entirely in the USA.

This phone was initially marketed as “Made in the USA” when announced in June 2025. However, the company has now removed that claim from its website and promotional materials.

So, where is the Trump Mobile T1 actually made?

AMOLED displays are mainly produced in South Korea and China. Qualcomm Snapdragon chips are manufactured in Taiwan and South Korea. The battery cell is made in the Philippines by Newlix Mfg Inc. Overall, most of the phone’s internal components are sourced from Asia.

The final assembly of a few components takes place in the United States. Following this, the company updated its website to state the phone was “Designed with American values in mind.”

How similar is the T1 to the HTC 24 Pro?

According to an iFixit teardown of the Trump Mobile T1, the phone’s internals are nearly identical to those of the HTC U24 Pro.

They claim the cameras, processors, displays, component shapes and placements, screw placements, and even the anti-tamper sticker placements are the same. There are some slight differences, such as the T1’s larger battery and 30W charging limit. The U24 Pro has a smaller battery and 60W charging.
