Visible roaming countries
Visible roaming is available in 140 countries, including destinations from Latin America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania.

Visible international plans
Visible international roaming is available with two different plans. But depending on which prepaid Visible plan you have, you get additional benefits.
- $10 Global Pass: $10 daily with unlimited talk and texts and 2 GB of mobile data in 140 countries.
- $5 Global Pass: $5 daily in Mexico, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands with unlimited data, texts, and calls.
If you have a Visible+ or Visible+ Pro plan, then you have access to the following benefits:
- Visible+: 1 day of free Global Pass monthly and 12 free days of Global Pass if paid annually. Free roaming in Mexico, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the U.S Virgin Islands included
- Visible+ Pro: 2 days of free Global Pass monthly and 24 free days of Global Pass if paid annually. Free roaming in Mexico, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the U.S Virgin Islands included
Note: Unused Global Pass days accumulate to 12 per year. This is different from how Verizon roaming plans work.
How to activate Visible international roaming
Before traveling, you need to activate the Global Pass to use Visible overseas. Here’s how you do it:
- Go to the Visible App or your Visible account.
- Visit the Overview section and choose the Global Pass.
- Read and accept the Global Pass Terms and Conditions to enable the Global Pass service.
- If autopay isn’t turned on, agree with the Autopay Terms and Conditions to continue.
Once the Global Pass is activated, activate roaming in your phone following these steps:
- Activate roaming on iOS: Go to Settings, then Cellular Data, and open Data Options to turn on Data Roaming.
- Activating roaming on Android: Go to Settings, then to Mobile Data, and activate the Data Roaming option.
