- Surf: Works for web browsing, email, news access, and texting apps. Doesn’t work for audio, video, or calls, nor for streaming. Surf service is included for free with the Have it All cruise package.
- Premium: Audio, texting apps, web browsing, email, and news access are included. Calling and video features are included, but doesn’t work for streaming
- Stream: Full access to the Surf and Premium benefits, with unlimited access to streaming services such as Netflix, Disney, HBO (MAX), and others.
While there’s no free WiFi onboard, travelers can use the official Holland America app to communicate with other guests, check menus, and look for extra activities.
