When does GigSky offer eSIM refunds?
GigSky’s Terms of Service state that a SIM or top-up can’t be returned once sold. However, its help center says refund requests are reviewed case by case, and whether you’ve activated or used the plan is one of the factors it considers. So if you’ve already started using your plan, a refund is less likely.
On top of that, you can’t get a refund for any accidental purchases either, so if you buy your plan without having an eSIM-compatible phone, you’ll lose your money.
If you’re unable to activate or use your eSIM because the service isn’t working, you can request a refund, but approval isn’t automatic and may need additional review.
