To use roaming services overseas, customers must have an active International Roaming Travel Pack. Without an active pack, mobile data, outgoing/incoming calls, and SMS functions will not be accessible outside of Australia.

How to purchase and activate a Tangerine international roaming travel pack?
You can buy and set up your Tangerine international roaming pack directly through the Tangerine Self Care Portal.
- Log in to the portal: Access the Tangerine Self Care Portal on a web browser using your account credentials.
- Select your mobile service: Navigate to the Mobile tab, select Active Mobile Services from the drop-down menu, and click View next to the mobile number you want to set up.
- Choose and activate the travel pack: Click Add Travel Pack, pick your preferred 7-day or 14-day option, choose your desired activation date, and confirm by clicking Activate.
