Yes, Xfinity international roaming is available in 215 destinations, including selected flights and cruises, and is supported by Xfinity eSIM and SIM card plans.
Depending on where you’re traveling, you’ll have to choose between the three available Xfinity Mobile international plans, which will affect the final pricing.

Xfinity Mobile international plans and rates
The international roaming Xfinity Mobile plan you need depends on where you’re traveling.
Here’s what you should know depending on your travel destination:
- Unlimited Pass for Mexico and Canada: For $5 daily, you get unlimited calls and texts, plus 5 GB of data for $5/month. Only for Unlimited and Premium Unlimited plans.
- Global Travel Pass: For $10 daily, you can use the calls and texts included in your local Xfinity plan, plus 5 GB of high-speed data and unlimited data at 3G speeds afterward.
- Pay-per-use rates: You can use calls and texts from your Xfinity plan for a flat rate of $0.30/MB.
How to activate Xfinity Mobile international roaming
Before traveling with Xfinity Mobile international service, you have to enable roaming on your account. Here’s how you do it:
- Go to your Xfinity account and then to “International travel” on the “Activity” tab.
- For eligible plans, you can add the Xfinity Mobile Global Travel Pass directly from your account.
Once done, you have to activate roaming on your device. Here’s how to do it:
- Activate roaming on iOS: Go to “Settings”, then “Cellular Data”, then open “Data Options” to turn on “Data Roaming”.
- Activating roaming on Android: Go to “Settings”, then “Mobile Data”, then turn on Data Roaming.
