What is Woolworths Mobile international roaming?
Woolworths Mobile international roaming lets you use your Woolworths Mobile eSIM or SIM card overseas through the Telstra Wholesale Mobile Network.
This International Roaming Add-on is available for both SIM-only and prepaid customers. Once you add a roaming pack, you can use data in supported destinations. Some plans also include calls and SMS.
You can still receive incoming SMS for free without any roaming add-on, so messages like security verification codes will come through while you’re abroad.
Woolworths Mobile international roaming plan and costs
Everyday Mobile from Woolworths offers two types of international roaming packs: regional and global packs. Each pack is valid for seven days, with coverage depending on the option you choose.
Tip! Keep in mind that your roaming add-on starts as soon as you purchase it, so it’s best to buy it just before your trip.
Regional roaming packs
If you’re travelling in the Pacific, Asia, or North America, you can choose a regional pack for a set data allowance for seven days. Regional packs do not include minutes and SMS.

How to activate Woolworths Mobile international roaming
Follow the steps below to activate your Woolworths Mobile international roaming pack.
- Log in to the Everyday Mobile from Woolworths app.
- Go to Add-ons and choose the roaming pack you need.
- Purchase the add-on. This activates immediately after purchase.
- View your data usage via the app.
To avoid losing unused data, wait for your current add-on to expire before buying a new one. Any remaining data will be forfeited once a new add-on is activated.

No, Woolworths Mobile international roaming does not offer pay-as-you-go roaming. Instead, roaming is only available as an add-on. It only offers pay-as-you-go pricing for international calls.
You can purchase another roaming pack that covers your current destination and continue using data right away. Keep in mind that only the global pack includes calls and texts, on top of your data allowance.
If you’re purchasing different roaming add-ons, then yes. But buying the same add-on multiple times is not recommended, as remaining data in your current plan gets forfeited as soon as you activate the same add-on.
