With over 25 years of executive experience driving commercial expansion, AI transformation, and enterprise sales across North America, Latin America, and EMEA, Richard specializes in architecting strategic partner ecosystems that unlock market demand. Prior to Holafly, he spent over 15 years at Google in key leadership roles, including Country Manager for Google Customer Solutions in Mexico & Central America, Sector Lead Multichannel in Mexico, and Head of Industry for Tech & Telco in Canada, and held senior positions at Microsoft as EMEA Category Manager, as well as executive leadership roles at Xerox, NDI, and River Tech plc.
