With more than 25 years of international experience in product leadership, telecommunications, and SaaS innovation, Jon has built a career at the intersection of technology, business, and customer empathy.
Before joining Holafly, Jon spent over six years at Zendesk, where he most recently served as VP of Product, Messaging, leading global product strategy for one of the world’s most adopted customer-experience platforms. Prior to Zendesk, Jon held senior leadership roles at Openet, including Chief Operating Officer and GVP of Product and Solutions Management, where he oversaw large-scale transformation and product delivery for major telecom operators worldwide.
