Isis Aguirre is the Global Customer Support Operations Manager at Holafly, where she leads global customer support operations with a focus on scalability, operational efficiency, and customer experience excellence.

Since joining Holafly in 2022, Isis has grown through multiple leadership roles across the customer operations organization, from Customer Support Specialist to Customer Service Coordinator and, currently, Global Customer Support Operations Manager. Throughout this journey, she has played a key role in optimizing support workflows, improving service quality, implementing automation processes, and strengthening operational performance across international teams.

Before Holafly, Isis spent more than seven years at TP, leading customer service transformation, quality assurance, and process optimization initiatives for major companies across the financial and services sectors. Her experience includes restructuring customer support operations, auditing workflows, training teams, and implementing operational improvements focused on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
