In a rare scenario, yes. Operators enforce an international measure called Fair Usage Policy to ensure fair internet usage and allow all users to enjoy optimal connection. This measure might be applied for a period of no more than one (1) day. It’s beyond Holafly’s control, but don’t worry! If this measure affects you, the restriction will be lifted the next day, and you’ll have your original plan speed back.

You can receive calls from any country. However, it’s important to note that when communicating with individuals outside the area of your assigned number (+43 Austria), it may be considered an international call, and charges may apply based on that person’s service provider.

Yes, you can do so by logging into your customer panel on the Holafly Center. You will find the data plans you can purchase there. Once you’ve made your purchase, it will be activated immediately on the eSIM you have linked.

No, the eSIM for Spain does not allow you to share data.

As you will be assigned an Austrian number (+43) in the case of making or receiving calls locally within Austria, it is not necessary to dial the prefix. However, if you are calling from another of the countries allowed to make calls, you will need to dial the country code of the European country you are calling. With your Holafly Spain eSIM, you have 60 minutes to make calls and 60 minutes to receive them.
