Do eSIMs come with a number to make or receive calls?

Holafly eSIMs consist of a data plan so you can connect to the internet during your trip and not have to worry about surprise roaming bills.

However, we currently include calls in destinations such as Europe, Spain, France, Italy, and Germany. With these eSIMs, you can make calls for up to 60 minutes and receive calls for up to 60 minutes. On the other hand, eSIMs that don't include a phone number can also be used with WhatsApp or similar apps to make calls, as this uses data.

When should I set up my eSIM?

You can wait until you arrive in the country to activate your eSIM, but please remember that you will need a Wi-Fi connection to perform the installation process

If you find you need more data than what your eSIM offers, the best option is to top up your eSIM card with the right amount of data for you.
